Our online prices are free from delivery charges, included in the price for Mainland England & Wales. A small surcharge is applied for deliveries to Scotland.

Our Delivery Terms
Standard Delivery – is between 9 am – 6pm Monday to Friday. We typically deliver orders within 3-5 working days. Our delivery partners should also be in contact with you to confirm a more accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA), this may be by phone or email.
It is the customers responsibility to provide a contactable phone number and email address so that we can communicate with you about your delivery, and that as the customer you are available to receive and sign for the goods at the time of delivery and notify the driver if there are any issues.
Re-Delivery
Where it has not been possible to deliver on the expected day due to *unforeseen circumstances, a re-scheduled delivery will be organised for the next day or as soon as is possible.
* Unforeseen circumstances can be e.g. Road Traffic Accidents / Road delays / Adverse weather conditions / Driver hours expired.
In these circumstances there is no extra charge to the customer and we will do our best to get your pallet to you ASAP.
The full cost of re-delivery will be charged if customers are not contactable during the delivery window and / or there is nobody able to receive the delivery or the delivery is unable to be left safely.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery point is suitable and safe for the delivery, please see access and restrictions, do contact us if unsure.
Please note – Once transport has been arranged, customer cancellations of the delivery can incur a charge.
Access & Restrictions
Deliveries are contracted to kerbside only. However, in most cases the haulier will deliver your pallet as near as possible to where you want it, as long as there are no access or restrictions. Delivery of the pallet will be completed by tail lift and battery operated pump trucks. Please check that you have read and agreed to all of our access & restrictions terms and conditions.
Access
Standard deliveries are typically undertaken using 18 tonne lorries, measuring 2.8m wide, up to 4 m high and up to 13m long including the tail lift.

Please notify us of any access issues to the nominated delivery address, including road weight restrictions and very narrow country roads that may mean a smaller lorry would be better suited to make the delivery. Smaller lorries can be organised with notice, but this can increase the number of days it takes to make the delivery.
Restrictions
Delivery vehicles require a firm level surface for unloading safely. Pallet pump trucks cannot move on surfaces where small wheels get trapped and pallets cannot be moved safely on slopes due to the weight. In circumstances where there are restrictions, the delivery will be to the kerbside only as per the typical contracted terms.
