Refund and Returns Policy

By law, we must provide goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described at the time of purchase. 

  • The risk of the goods shall remain with Silva Bed Ltd until they come into your possession. 
  • Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full including delivery charges. 
  • The goods are your responsibility from the time of delivery. Please note that goods sold by us (wood pellets and shavings) that have been stored inappropriately and are subsequently damaged are not covered by our returns and refund policy. 
  • Under UK law you do have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days from receipt of delivered goods and return our products to us. If you want to return a product to us because you have cancelled the contract we will refund you in full including delivery, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to our distribution centre. 
  • Goods will be examined once returned and must be in their original state and undamaged. 
  • We will then notify you of a refund by email and refund you within 21 days from the date returned products are received at the warehouse, checked and eligible for a refund. 
  • Please contact us at customersupport@silvabed.co.uk if you want to return any of our goods. We will then be in contact with you to discuss your return.
